Kaye Khan-PanniWhen I started this Personal Concierge service, I wondered what in my background drove me to do it. One experience stood out as typical: I did a wing walk.

As a child I had always dreamed of standing on the wings of a bi-plane in flight, and when the chance came, I grabbed it with both hands. And why? Because I love a challenge, and I’ll take on things that might scare a lot of people.

How does that relate to the service I offer?

Very simply, it means I’ll take care of the tasks that you’d rather not do yourself, the jobs that you haven’t the time to fit into your busy schedule, and those things that leave you wondering where to begin.

If you have ever asked yourself, “Where will I find …?” or “Who can I ask to help with …?” the answer is, a Personal Concierge. Like me.

Originally from the UK, I immigrated to Australia three years ago bringing with me over 20 years of experience in guest and client services, hospitality & tourism, working in fields as varied as airline cabin service management, advertising and marketing.

I’ve co-ordinated events at venues such as Manchester United’s Football ground, corporate functions, smaller intimate gatherings and charity fundraisers. I’ve also provided essentials for visitors from overseas and managed clients homes whilst they are away.

I’ve travelled to almost every part of the world, including trekking the Andes in Peru and the icy wonders of Antarctica and have also been a guest at an evening reception hosted by the UK Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street, London.
