We visited Australia in March 2010. Having booked our flights Kaye pointed us in
the right direction with regard to finding a suitable family home to rent during our
stay. Fully aware of horror stories of booking over the internet, Kaye put our minds
at rest by going to check out the house, rental company and the area.Once we arrived after the 21 hour flight with 2 young children we found
our kitchen had been stocked with all the essentials, bread, milk and of course
beer! Kaye had even thought of our boys and left some buckets, spades and
colouring books.During our stay Kaye was invaluable in helping us get the most out of Sydney.
Avoiding the expensive car parking charges, recommending a great restaurant and

My husband and I had to rush back to the UK for a family emergency. A very stressful time was made a lot easier with the help of Kaye and her thoughtfulness.
Kaye swiftly organised our airport transfers and arranged for our cat and our house to be looked after while we were away. On arrival back in Sydney after a rather gruelling long flight, our driver, who even knew what type of coffee we drank, greeted us at the airport.
When we got home, Kaye had stocked the fridge with our favourite foods and had prepared a large bowl of fresh fruit for our breakfast, home made soup for our lunch and a wonderful dinner of vegetarian lasagne. It was so nice coming back home and not having to worry about cooking or even going out to the supermarket.

When we had to throw a corporate party at very short notice, we turned to Kaye. She was a marvel! She found everything we needed and managed the whole event smoothly. She was totally dependable.

Moving house is hard enough without the stress of a new job as well, so imagine doing both and moving to the other side of the world.
Kaye made this ‘tricky’ move just that little bit easier. There wasn’t anything she hadn’t thought about.
Moving into a rented house didn’t feel so lonely as Kaye had waved her magic wand!! We had cutlery in the drawers, glasses for wine & water, plates & serving dishes, washing powder, an ironing board, in fact everything we needed.The pantry was lined with goodies, we even had salt & pepper. Kaye had made up our beds, there were towels and shampoo and she had even remembered a shower cap!! It was honestly as if a fairy godmother had been.
Our daughter Phoebe had certainly not been forgotten. Her little room had been decorated with homemade flowers and she loved reading the ‘Ozzie’ animal books, all there for her because of Kaye’s thoughtfulness & care.
Kaye provided on going help and advice and still does to this day.
Thank you Kaye, you made such a difference to the start of our new life in Sydney.
